You will handle construction documentation, coordinate with site supervisory staff to ensure compliance with contract documents, and manage project close-out tasks. Your goal will be to build positive relationships within the team and execute multifaceted technical projects with precision. Hard Skills + Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) + Proficiency in Bluebeam, Aconex, PlanGrid, and MS Project Soft Skills + Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment + Superior verbal and written communication skills + Highly organized with strong attention to detail + High level of professionalism + Strong sense of urgency + Ability to work with minimal guidance and proactive self-starter Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 10 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Maricopa, California. Work Environment You will play a pivotal role in the Project Delivery Team, focusing on leading and managing the day-to-day construction activities. This role acts as a support function to the project manager, providing technical problem-solving and document controls. You will also be key in liaising with equipment vendors, designers, and engineering teams, ensuring the seamless transition from design and construction to production handover of equipment upgrades and new installations.
