Project Engineer

If so, read on.  Aldridge is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT Project Engineer to join our team. The goal of the Project Engineer is to deliver high-quality, efficient projects to Aldridge clients. Working with the broader Project Management team, this Engineer will be responsible for the successful on-time and on-budget completion of multiple concurrent projects in various environments.   Accountabilities:   + Thoroughly complete assigned Projects and tickets  + Review Scopes of Work to understand the goals and the target environment, and to identify risks, hurdles and solutions (contingency plans)  + Ensure high client stakeholder satisfaction.   + Ensure high Aldridge stakeholder satisfaction.   + Document work (upcoming and completed) and time spent on projects in the PSA and Client Documentation Systems  + Attend regular project team meetings: daily Projects huddle, weekly Projects status meeting.   + ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Hybrid work schedule - Mondays and Fridays are Work From Home days, while Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in -office days.  This role requires:   + 3+ years of practical field experience deploying new technology, such as the implementation and administration of O365 and VoIP, network infrastructure upgrades, Server deployment/migration in a variety of environments.    + 3-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience, preferably in an MSP environment   + Strong creative problem-solving skills  + Voracious thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement  + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.  + Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.  + 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems  + Professional IT Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP would be ideal, but not required.  Powered by JazzHR
