Project Engineer

Job Summary:
Lead cross-functional engineering teams to achieve program objectives in the development, qualification, and field support of electronic hardware and software products.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts or Science degree, preferably in Program Management or Project Engineering.

12+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Engineer.

Proficiency in Excel and MS Project.

Familiarity with TeamCenter is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Strong project management experience in embedded controllers.

Ability to create detailed schedules for multiple projects.

Experience in identifying and escalating project risks.

Ability to prepare and present plans and reports on project progress to stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead an integrated product team working on embedded controllers to meet cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Prepare and present plans and reports on the business aspects of projects to ensure targets are met and communicate them to management.

Identify and escalate project risks, supporting resolutions to ensure timely mitigation and successful project completion.

Create detailed schedules for multiple projects and monitor tasks to drive on-time release performance.

Pay: 57-76

Pay Details: $57.00 to $76.00 per hour
