Description:

•\tMaximize project efficiency and profitability

•\tDetermine project specifications and acquire the necessary materials for completion

•\tDevelop scope and parameters for project design and implementation

•\tIdentify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel

•\tDevelop and control the full project-plan lifecycle

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

•\tCreate and maintain plans, budgets, and schedules ensuring all aspects align with technical and business objectives

•\tEstablishes the scope and requirements for all areas of the project

•\tPrepare scheduled and necessary updates of activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required

•\tManage compliance, quality control/quality assurance, and safety standards and specifications

•\tDevelopment and/or improvement of production and maintenance methods and processes

•\tAid maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

•\tBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field of study

•\t4+ years project management, project engineering, or project planning experience (scope, schedule, cost, quality)

•\tProven computer platform experience

•\tExperience supporting Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) processes

•\tStrong field experience with a focus of troubleshooting and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications

•\tStrong working knowledge of design software, including AutoCAD and Solidworks.

•\tProven understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices

•\tPrevious experience with database design and development

•\tExperience with machine design using electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
