Job Title: Project Engineer Job Description Provide engineering support and leadership for projects including capital, process & product development, and research & development within the manufacturing environment. Responsibilities + Provide engineering support and leadership for projects including capital, process & product development, and research & development. + Oversee site projects including design, timeline, and budget. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish. + Implement process improvements and development initiatives. + Support R&D activities and ensure successful implementation. + Utilize AutoCAD for product and equipment layout. Essential Skills + BS in Mechanical Engineering. + 3-5+ years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment. + Experience in paper, plastics, laminating, printing, packaging, or other relevant industries. + Proficiency in AutoCAD. + Experience with process improvement/development and R&D implementation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to manage projects from start to finish. + Experience with overseeing project design, timeline, and budget. Work Environment Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm. The company is family-run and invests back into the business.
