Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Project Engineer for our Project.
This is your role. What part will you play?
You will support overall project management and system engineering including managing the requirement and configuration management of the project to ensure the project tenders are properly managed and maintain traceability with the contract requirements. You will be technical representatives to the project team, supplier, customer, and external partner and assist in leading to define, allocate the requirement to subsystems as well as interfaces parties.
The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Support the Overall Project Management in coordination and execution the OPM and system engineering activities. Perform the Requirement and Configuration Management and prepare the report. Take care of Configuration Management and change process to system, subsystem as well as information between interfaces parties. Follow up the demonstration of compliance to the contractual requirements and their allocation to the subsystems, for find obtaining the customer approval. Support system interfaces, ability to understand technical issues, sounds familiar with metro subsystems and managing them for resolution. Write up the technical interface, technical description and test specification. Perform or lead the site testing and/or commissioning activities. Control and follow up the execution of the work programme/project schedule. Interface with customers and coordinate for site activities. Attend and contribute at meetings e.g. interface, weekly and monthly. Other activities as per assign by manager/director.Use your skills to move the world forward.
Bachelor degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics, automation, rail vehicle & infrastructure or related field) Experience or understanding of requirement management and configuration management. Capable to manage and maintain RM database, knowledge or capable in using of DOORS would be a plus. Ability to read and interpret electrical or mechanical schematics and diagrams. Computer literacy – Good in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams) and AutoCAD. Have experience in project engineering for complex system in rail project and sounds familiar with rail operation. Able to work on site (brownfield and greenfield). Rigorous, autonomous, proactive approach to work, and ability to work across varying engineering and support teams.
