Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description

As a Project Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to oversee all project aspects from conception to completion. Activities such as scope development, budgeting, design, procurement, scheduling, construction management, installation, and commissioning will be under your direction.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop project scope and budget.Design and procure necessary materials and equipment.Schedule and manage construction activities.Oversee installation and commissioning of equipment.Ensure project timelines are met and detail-oriented scheduling is maintained.Work with foremen to oversee contractors and machinery.Review drawings, project submittals, and permits using Microsoft Project.Manage a capital equipment project valued at $10 million.Essential SkillsTechnical Engineering Degree.Minimum of 5 years experience with AutoCAD.Proficiency in project management.Ability to oversee day-to-day responsibilities and future planning of large capital equipment projects.Detail-oriented with strong scheduling skills.Experience using Microsoft Project to review drawings, project submittals, permits, and budgets.Additional Skills & QualificationsFive years of project engineering or maintenance engineering experience.Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.Knowledge of completing and submitting work permits.Industry experience within pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, or chemicals preferred.#LIJobs Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00
