Job Description
The first 4-6 months in this position will involve supporting the preconstruction/estimating side of projects. If the candidate enjoys preconstruction, there could be an opportunity to continue in that area. Support the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Provide technical assistance to project managers and engineers. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project goals are achieved. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Assist in quality control and assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet required standards.

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $38.46
