As NASA’s largest engineering solutions provider working together with NASA at centers across the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for a **Project Engineer** to join the team. The **Project Engineer** will: + Work on a highly agile, tight knit team whose primary responsibility as a team is to stand up facilities, processes and procedures and transition into SI&T oversight and application for Engineering Development Units testing and flight hardware integration. + Develop and build VIPER Rover engineering design unit (EDU) mock-ups. + Determine and refine the integration flow of EDU mock-up assembly in service of saving schedule during upcoming flight hardware assembly. + Support Test and Verification (T&V) activities for VIPER Rover flight hardware. - Frequently perform hands-on hardware testing. + Work in a team environment, and report to project lead or project manager for technical support, task assignment, and processes. + Support hardware troubleshooting to investigate mechanical and electrical failures within flight hardware or test support hardware. + Generate essential paperwork and documents for tasks assigned, such as Task Performance Sheets (TPS), Discrepancy Reports (DR), and Detailed Test Procedures (DTP), as needed. + Perform job functions based on pre-established guidelines or instructions. + Perform other duties as required. **Requisition Qualifications:** This position has been posted at multiple levels.
