What You'll Do:
As a Project Engineer you will directly impact our innovation of Specialty Chemical Industry by driving technical ownership and execution of our engineering projects from design to commissioning and handover/completion.
What We're Looking For:
Technical Project Planning expertise to own, lead, and execute projects from requirements and scope alignment to defining project tasks, milestones, and deliverables to commissioning/ handover and completion. Process Safety expertise to drive safety priorities and compliance with our internal and relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols. Main point technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders Identify and own opportunities from process improvement. Cross functional communication and coordination with internal teams and vendors to ensure resource availability as needed. Self-starter able to work with limited information in a complex project landscape with minimum guidance.
Skills That Make a Difference:
Bachelor’s in Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or equivalent engineering discipline. 5 or more years of Project Engineering experience in industrial contexts ( Chemical or Petrochemical) for project design, execution, to commissioning/delivery Experience working within cross functional project teams on multiple projects with responsibility for entire project lifecycle. Strong interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, public speaking and presentations Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office is strongly preferred Proficiency with CAD Software (Autodesk, Revit, BIM,) and document management is strongly preferred. Familiarity with project management frameworks
