Description * Responsible for product line structural, hydraulic, electrical, and/or mechanisms engineering application, direction, input, and expertise. * Works within new product development process to support assigned tasks including new product development, product enhancements, cost reduction, and product problem resolution. * Commits to agreed upon to engineering project timelines and budgets * Provides input and direction for the construction of accurate BOMs, drawings, schematics, and/or systems for assigned projects * Communicated between different processes, teams, departments, and management hierarchy as required * Executes and reports the status of assigned tasks to other departments as well as upper management * Participates in both internal and external customer and supplier meetings as necessary to assure achievement of project goals *Undertakes new tasks or projects as determined by current business needs/requirements Skills Project management, Mechanical engineering, Solidworks, hydraulics Top Skills Details Project management,Mechanical engineering,Solidworks,hydraulics Additional Skills & Qualifications Education: Mechanical Engineering degree, 5-7 years of experience (will look at 3 year candidate with good experience and personality) Will also look at non-degreed or technical degree with experience Experience: Minimum 3-5 years SolidWorks design experience in construction, agriculture and/or related industry products (flexible) Demonstrated understanding of design, engineering documentation and release of technical documents Hands-on manufacturing and/or product assembly experience Coming from automotive, farm equipment - tends to be successful, they are very laid back, blue collar engineers Experience with hydraulics, electrical schematics, mobile equipment is a plus! Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
