Job Description

 GENERAL FUNCTION 

Responsible for producing engineering specification, liaising closely with design department, procurement and site; and executing project schedule, targets and plan in compliance with the clients' contract, in a safe manner meeting both cost and schedule requirements.

Technical

Draft PMP, including project schedule, strategy etc under the instruction and guidance from PMMonitor the work progress according to schedule and take all necessary actions in the event of any delayManage and deal with non-compliance issues and propose preventive and corrective measuresReceive and verify equipment delivered on siteOrganize and coordinate with all stakeholders, including external parties, such as subcontractors to ensure the work is delivered according to the cost, schedule, quality and safety aspect.Estimate and allocate manpower, equipment and materialsPlan, schedule and assist in testing and commissioningDocumentation management as per ISO standards/ client requirementPrepare project progress reportsAssist the Project Manager to manage the contract, cost and scheduleTo provide a support role on project related matters

Qualifications

BA in  in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental/Electrical Engineering

3 - 5 year(s) of experience in project execution, preferably in water and wastewater projects
