Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Project Engineer for a Civil Engineering Firm in Santa Ana. This integrated firm focuses on land development and infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. Some of the daily tasks include but are not limited to: project oversight from preparing proposals to project closeout as well as providing leadership and technical training to junior staff. This candidate is going to be very hands on when writing proposals, acquiring new projects, project billings, as well as contributing to technical designs and oversight of the project. This candidate will also be in charge of scheduling and coordinating project meetings. It is crucial that this candidate is comfortable being client facing and building relationships with clients/stakeholders. Being flexible to accommodate the constant changing needs of the company, clients, employees and/or projects. This candidate will have to be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently. The projects themselves will need to be taken from design to close out and will include storm water analysis and studies, site grading/earthwork analysis, utility system design, and feasibility analyses. This position is onsite 4 days a week and 1 day remote. Skills and Requirements 5-10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Land Development OR has experience with Storm Water/Drainage and wants to become a full cycle Project Engineer.
