Job Title: Project Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing project proposals, specifications, and inspection reports to determine engineering requirements, feasibility, and procedures for accomplishing each project. The Project Engineer will collaborate with a team of five other engineers to execute projects and will report to the Project Manager. Working closely with designers and drafters, the Project Engineer will ensure that projects are completed to customer specifications.

ResponsibilitiesReview project proposals, specifications, and inspection reports to determine engineering requirements.Assess feasibility and procedures for accomplishing each project.Collaborate with a team of five engineers to execute projects.Work with designers and drafters to ensure projects meet customer specifications.Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design and drafting tasks.Review and interpret customer specifications and 3D models.Apply knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, mixers, heat exchangers, blowers, and compressors.Ensure the accuracy of engineering calculations and specification reviews.Essential SkillsProficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD 2D.Experience with P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams).Ability to review and interpret engineering specifications.Mechanical Engineering Degree.2+ years of experience in project engineering, including SolidWorks design experience or equivalent.Knowledge of 3D modeling.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with rotating equipment and fabricated pumping systems.Strong drafting and designing skills.Ability to read and analyze spreadsheets.Work Environment

The Project Engineer will work onsite with the engineering team from Monday to Friday. The position involves working with advanced engineering technologies and equipment, ensuring a collaborative and productive work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
