Project Engineer

Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer specializing in electrification to design and integrate high voltage electrical systems for automotive applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with an electrical background. Experience with high voltage electrical powertrain architectures. Familiarity with programming languages and controls software. Knowledge of Controller Area Network (CAN)/SAE J1939 protocol. Automotive High Voltage Training/Certification(s).

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in battery chemistry, power converters, motor drives, and high voltage power distribution. Power Electronics and Machines integration design experience. Energy Storage system integration design experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop specification development, integration, verification, and validation test plans for electro-mechanical systems. Design and validate documentation for system integration and component selection. Conduct quarterly travel for site visits to Oshkosh Corp facilities.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
