Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. Mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, powertrain engineering, or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience in cost optimization, process improvement, and project management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Added bonus if you have (Preferred):\t
- PLC experience
- CNC
- Knowledge on machine tooling
- Assembly equipment experience
- Knowledge of cobots and implementation to assembly processes

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00
