Our client, a leader in the engineering industry, is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team. As a Project Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Engineer
**Location:** Edison, NJ
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee engineering aspects of assigned projects, ensuring goals and objectives are met within prescribed timeframes and budgets.
+ Participate on project teams, providing engineering leadership under the supervision of a Project Manager.
+ Coordinate with Project Controls on scheduling and budgeting for project elements.
+ Maintain effective communication on all aspects of the project to ensure customer satisfaction.
+ Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to safety guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
+ 5-9 years of experience in the engineering industry as a Project Engineer.
+ Professional Engineering license is preferred.
+ Proficient in Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to interpret technical procedures, mechanical flowsheets, and governmental regulations.
