Job Title: Project Engineer Job Description Participate in the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of process and facility systems for CapEx projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement processes. Work closely with engineering service providers and external consultants to align project deliverables, quality, and timelines. Act as a liaison between the project team and operations post-handover. Monitor construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and schedules. Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Essential Skills + Project engineering + Capital project management + Chemical processing + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Bioprocess Technology, or Process Technology + Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in juice processing or equivalent experience in the dairy/juice processing industry + Strong project management skills in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a start-up plant environment + Proximity to leadership and openness for input + Commitment to sustainability Work Environment The facility is located in Dallas and currently in the semi-finished goods production phase, with plans to expand.
