This job includes administrative support, monitoring budgets, resources and communicating directly with Superintendents and owners concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: training and mentoring office employees; planning, assigning, delegating and directing administrative work; managing document flow; and resolving contractual issues. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Construction Manager or other assigned supervisors. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **:** · Assist construction through administrative of on-site Superintendent to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget. · Manage submittal process and procedures. Ensure timely review and submission. · Manage RFI Process and procedures. · Manage differing site conditions and resolution. · Ensure project files are being updated and maintained. · Represent company in project meetings, assist in labor negotiations/strategy meetings, etc. · Manage financial aspects of contracts (fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc.) to protect company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with Client. · Assume additional responsibilities as directed by corporate executives. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required. · 3or more years of experience and knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required. · Must understand fundamentals of contracting and have familiarity with large scale mass transit projects. · Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance. · Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities is vital. · Superior communication and interpersonal skills such as tact, diplomacy, influence, etc. are essential. · Must be a business oriented person. **Expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.** **_Tutor Perini builds extraordinary projects, and we need exceptional talent.
