Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support engineering activities in all types of project sizes and complexities, under the supervision of senior engineers. Each day, you will complete the tasks cost-effectively and in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards. You will also showcase your expertise by collecting data and supporting production of the engineering design. The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Engineering department of in Brno, Heršpická. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tLearning the department’s operations and the production of LV switchgear•\tCompleting a training on working with the ePlan program•\tCreating the required technical documentation for orders under the guidance of an experienced colleague, with a gradual transition to independent project work•\tClose cooperation with the project manager•\tSpecification of LV materials for the order and entering them into the SAP system•\tWorking in internal systems•\tCreating the necessary technical documentation•\tCollaborating on the elimination of identified errors, proposing atypical solutions, etc.•\tLong-term deepening and expanding of expertise

Qualifications for the role

\tSecondary/University education in electrical engineering\tKnowledge of English at a communicative level (A2-B1) required for communication with customers (initially mainly via email)\tProactivity, independence, and knowledge of 2D or 3D modeling in programs like AutoCAD\tTechnical thinking, willingness to think and create solutions, interest in the field of electrical engineering\tThe position is also suitable for graduates
