Job Description
This full-time opportunity is for a Project Engineer at a custom machine manufacturer. The individual will provide overall project engineering leadership on specific projects and is responsible for developing and presenting engineering solutions to meet the needs of clients in the industrial manufacturing, energy, food, chemical, and process industries. You will be required to communicate with clients, engineers, manufacturing personnel, management, and others of varying technical abilities, and work effectively within a team environment.
ResponsibilitiesManage multiple projects simultaneously.Plan and oversee projects to ensure technical and budgetary success.Create and oversee project strategy, planning, and goal attainment.Create proposals, product flow diagrams, and piping and instrument diagrams.Participate in project design, pricing, negotiations, and scheduling.Ensure project timeline requirements are met.Travel periodically, both domestically and internationally, for system startups.Essential Skills5 years of Project Management experience, having managed industrial projects from start to finish.5 years of ERP experience.2 years of structural analysis experience.Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with custom machine design.Work Environment
This role is set in a manufacturing environment where the product is made on-site. You will work with multiple departments and be involved in creating proposals and communicating from start to finish. The team includes five individuals, three focused on designing filters and two Project Engineers responsible for integrating the filters into the system. The company offers profit sharing and bonuses.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $53.00/hr.
