Project Engineer

Day-to-day:
* Assess, process and maintain records of all contracts related correspondence in E-Builder platform.
* Draft recommended responses and actions for COR for project actions such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch-lists, etc.
* Analyze construction trends, monitor deliverables and provide overall administrative
* Manage Workflow: Oversee and process deliverables, submittals, drawings, RFIs, change orders, correspondence, and supplemental agreements, ensuring timely review and approval by AOC staff and consultants.
* Maintain Databases: Keep the Submittal and RFI E-Builder database updated with all contractor submissions and responses.
* Evaluate Submissions: Review and analyze all submissions for completeness and accuracy, notifying relevant parties of any discrepancies or issues.
* Create and Maintain Files: Develop and maintain electronic project files using PROLOG, adhering to AOC's Standard Operating Procedures.
* Process Correspondence: Handle outgoing correspondence and transmittals, ensuring compliance with format, spelling, and grammar standards.
* Document Actions: Record all actions and decisions made during the project to create an accurate project history.
* Assist with Meetings: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take and distribute minutes, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and shared.
* Prepare Reports: Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on RFIs, submittals, and project status.
* Support Project Close-out: Assist in resolving punch list items, process change orders, and compile final close-out documents.
* Manage Security Badges: Process and track security badge requests for consultants and contractors, maintaining an up-to-date database.
