Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join our team at a manufacturing facility for Tesla batteries in McCarran, NV. This role involves working on a battery line project in an office trailer with 4-5 office spaces, providing an excellent opportunity for growth and development in project management.
ResponsibilitiesReview and understand project technical requirementsData entry for field verificationsTechnical document tracking (RFIs, SDDRs, FCDs, etc.)Verify compliance with basic project requirementsWork under the direction of the lead Field EngineerEssential SkillsBasic understanding of mechanical systems including piping, HVAC, and plumbingCapable of reading and comprehending project specifications and technical drawingsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in mechanical engineering preferred but not required1-2 years of professional experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsMechanical engineering or construction management experienceOutgoing personality, able to talk to other people, comfortable asking questions, understanding requests, and replying to the teamOpen to Sr level project engineers with the goal of becoming a Project Manager and building a teamWork Environment
The work environment includes an office trailer with 4-5 office spaces. The onsite work hours are from 7 AM to 4 PM. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
1 week sick pay, 2 weeks vacation, holiday pay, matching 401K
