Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Thailand

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and coordination of our production facilities in Thailand. The successful candidate will liaise with all discipline engineers, package equipment vendors, contractors, government agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure project success from FEED to operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
• Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project execution plans, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with discipline engineers (process, mechanical, electrical, piping, instrumentation, and civil) to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery of engineering packages.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and package equipment vendors to ensure specifications, design reviews, and approvals are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate meetings with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Work closely with government agencies to ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements.
Execution & Implementation:
• Monitor project execution, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Review and assess engineering drawings, vendor documentation, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Assist in procurement activities, ensuring materials and equipment are delivered per project requirements.
• Support HSE and risk management efforts, ensuring safety and environmental compliance in all project phases.
Liaison & Communication:
• Act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, construction, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Coordinate interface management across different packages to ensure seamless integration.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager, stakeholders, and clients regarding project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
• 10+ years of experience in project execution, coordination, and engineering support for oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination with vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of Thai regulatory requirements, permitting, and compliance processes.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
