The project engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.•\tDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.•\tWork closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.•\tProvide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.•\tMaintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.•\tMonitor project costs, manage budgets, and report on financial status.•\tIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.•\tEnsure all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.•\tRegularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope.•\tAddress technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.•\tDesign and implement manufacturing processes and systems.•\tOversee production schedules and ensure timely project completion.•\tCollaborate with production teams to solve technical issues.•\tConduct quality control assessments and implement improvements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

•\tBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).•\tMinimum 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related field.•\tProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.•\tStrong leadership and team collaboration skills.•\tAbility to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.•\tProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
