Project Engineer

Role Overview: As a Vehicle Project Engineer, you'll collaborate with designers, customers, suppliers, and engineers. You'll be the technical point of contact for project teams and external parties, resolving design issues and ensuring technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design teams from project start to finish.Prepare design documents for bids and projects.Conduct design reviews with teams or customers.Create project documentation (engineering plans, reports).Track project KPIs and manage open items.Represent engineering in cross-functional meetings.Coordinate testing activities for project validation.

Essential Skills:

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.2-3 years of industry experience, preferably in rolling stock projects.Basic knowledge of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety).Familiarity with railway regulations.Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Understanding of system engineering processes and railway regulations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
