Responsibilities

Assist to lead and supervise Project / Modification team in carrying out the project programmesEnsure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirementMonitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirementsQuality, Safety and cost control are required

Requirements

Degree in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical, Electronic Engineering courses or equivalent4-5 years' project management experience in lift/elevator industry Strong sense of responsibilityAble to work under pressureGood time managementGood interpersonal and communication skillFluent in spoken & written English and ChineseCandidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant EngineerFresh graduate welcome
