**Description:** You will be the Lab Operations Coordinator for the Integration, Test & Evaluation \(IT&E\) Organization\. Our team is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of assigned labs, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe working environment\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Lab Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day lab operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. An interim secret clearance is required to start\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education • Proven detail\-oriented approach to documentation, record\- keeping, and operational protocols • Experience working effectively in fast\-paced and deadline\-driven environments • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs **Desired Skills:** • Minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory, sustainment, or manufacturing environment • Experience in electronic fabrication environments including cable and harness, Surface\-Mount technology board manufacturing, or maintenance of military design products • Solder certification to J\-STD\-001, IPC\-7711/IPC\-7721 • Experience with data base tracking systems including the service request system • Experience interfacing with engineers to help keep lab in order • Self\-starter able to perform tasks and develop solutions with minimal supervision • Strong interpersonal and communication \(both verbal and written\) skills with the ability to work within a diverse workforce **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\. **Clearance Level:** Secret **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\.
