Description:Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of digital manufacturing and industrial internet of things (IIOT) projects across the RMS Mission Systems Production Operations (MSPO) organization as a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) team. Responsible to support identifying, developing and driving to maturity related technologies and manage project execution at multiple MSPO sites in support of RMS' One Factory. Coordinate virtual project teams of manufacturing personnel, engineers, information technologists, and operational technologists in the identification, design and deployment of technology that drives business savings. Support technical development and troubleshooting, project management, business case evaluation, and facilitating advanced technology insertion using the Tech Insertion Funnel and its concepts of Proof of Concept and Proof of Value. Engage with engineering to maximize the use of digital design data to drive manufacturing for maximum efficiency and quality. Coordinate with counterparts across Lockheed Martin to share best practices and lessons learned. Interact with hardware and software OEMs to optimize factory solutions. Facilitate communication between the AMT team and the RMS 1LMX and MSPO Operations leadership teams, including tracking and reporting on 1LMX-related projects.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• 1 year experience working in a Manufacturing or Operations organization.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, including project planning and scheduling, budgeting and cost management, and risk management.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with project management of multiple simultaneous technical projects.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Understanding of and ability to interact with multiple digital manufacturing and/or IIOT-related technologies, such as extended reality, manufacturing machine connectivity and data management, smart tools, etc.
• Knowledge of RMS MSPO factories, programs, and products.
• Ability to effectively work with a geographically and functionally diverse technical team.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
