Role Highlights:
A results-driven professional with: Educational Foundation: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent). Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in high-compliance industries (e.g., medical, aerospace, automotive). Skills: Strong technical acumen, especially in electrical systems (preferred), with experience in project management and quoting processes. Proficiency in computer design tools is a plus. Strategic Mindset: A proactive leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and achieving impactful results. Technical Acumen: Proficiency in interpreting schematics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing design-for-manufacturing principles. Adaptability: A willingness to travel and collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Attributes: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership abilities. Strong communication skills for effective interactions with customers, suppliers/vendors, and co-workers.
