You will be the Project Engineer for the Skunk Works JADO/ABMS (Joint All Domain Operations/Advanced Battle Management Systems) team. You will act as a Field Service Representative Expatriate at Osan Air Base in South Korea.
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
As the Project Engineer your responsibilities will include:
Leveraging our Open Systems Gateway (OSG) and Tactical Operations Center-Light (TOC-L) architecture to deliver new capabilities and expand our footprint into the Osan AOC (Air Operations Center) by providing Track Data, data fusion, and sensor feeds to advance capabilities.
Strong networking background to include experience with the following at a minimum: COMSEC equipment, KG 175N/G/D/etc., Juniper Firewalls, OSPF, IPSEC Tunnels, and solving complex networking issues.
Strong System Administration and software engineering skills to include: Knowledge of RHEL and Windows, patching systems for cyber vulnerabilities, and virtualization using ESXi.
Must currently have or be able to obtain CompTIA Sec+
This role will work hand in hand with base officials in theater to solve complex problems and represent a wide range of Lockheed Martin Skunk Works equities/capabilities.
This position is for 2 years with the option to stay longer depending on the level of success the individual has in theater or to return CONUS depending on program needs.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with basic System Administrator roles and responsibilities as it pertains to managing Windows and Linux systems (critical to have good troubleshooting skills).
• Basic knowledge of military sensor data feeds. Ex: IBS, OPGA, MADL, JREAP, etc.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Basic knowledge of DoD 8750 IAT (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CCNA-Security, GICSP, etc.).
• Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with MSCT/BC3.
• Experienced with communicating with ranking officials.
• Experience working closely with Government customers.
• Proactive communication skills.
• Willingness to work alongside U.S. military forces in a foreign country (former military is a plus in this regard).
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure full functionality of all systems.
• Basic knowledge with RF engineering is a plus.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
