Our client, a leading company in the **chemical engineering and manufacturing industry** , is seeking a **Project Engineer** to join their team. As a **Project Engineer** , you will be part of the **Engineering Department** supporting **project management and execution teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong leadership skills** , **excellent communication abilities** , and **proficiency in problem-solving** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Project Engineer
**Location:** Edison, New Jersey
**Pay Range:** $37 to $45 per hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Oversee engineering aspects of assigned projects to meet goals within time and budget constraints.
+ Coordinate with Project Controls on scheduling and budget adherence.
+ Ensure contractor staffing and performance align with the project execution plan.
+ Mitigate risks and maintain proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Develop and follow Project Execution Plans while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
+ 5-9 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the engineering industry.
+ Proficiency in Excel, Word Processing, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong knowledge of material management and construction execution processes.
+ Ability to interpret technical documents, solve problems, and present information effectively.
