Daarnaast ondersteunen we de afdelingen bij problemen, wijzigingen en/of verbeteringen. Dit alles gebeurd in nauwe samenwerking met onze interne stakeholders en externe partners._ **Main responsibilities:** + **Als kennis eigenaar HVAC de technische lijnen voor de site helpen uitzetten en het overzicht van onze systemen behouden:** + beheren van nodige processen/procedures/standaarden + Inbreng van deskundige kennis bij inspecties en audits. + **Meewerken aan de energieconversie en de roadmap om onze uitdagende energie & CO2 doelstellingen te behalen.** + **Managen en/of opvolgen van HVAC projecten waarbij je projectprocessen coördineert, delegeert en controleert en zorgt voor projectimplementatie volgens de gemaakte afspraken (kosten, deadlines, kwaliteit en functionaliteit):** + GMP-conforme uitvoering van nieuwbouw en aanpassingen. + Optimaliseren en uitbreiden van de systemen in overeenstemming met wet/regelgeving, normen, cGMP-HSE richtlijnen en eisen van keuringsinstanties. **About you** + **Je hebt een master diploma in een technische richting en bij voorkeur 5 à 8 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie** + **Je hebt diepgaande kennis inzake HVAC systemen** + Ervaring in een farma of biotech omgeving is een pluspunt (kennis van GMP en compliance) + Onafhankelijke, gestructureerde en zelfstandige manier van werken + Resultaat- en oplossingsgerichtheid, bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen + Teamgerichtheid / teamspeler met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden + Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en respecteert ten allen tijde de geldende veiligheidsprocedures, voor jezelf en je collega’s + Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
