Your work environment at EXP 

In this role, you will be a part of the Major Infrastructure team, within the Infrastructure & Transportation sector, based in our Brampton, ON office.

What a day EXP has in store for you:

Working on complex projects and building an entrepreneurial spirit to build our water-wastewater business lines and advance your career. Work with Energetic Project Teams to deliver the design and construction of water-wastewater and municipal infrastructure, including: Linear infrastructure (watermains, storm, and sanitary sewers, Intake and Outfalls). Vertical infrastructure (pump stations and related works). Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality control. Prepare reports, drawings, and design documents. Proficient in scheduling and project coordination. Assist in proposal development activities helping senior staff for proposal development. Provide design support for key projects.  Contribute positively to the overall team culture and environment. Flexible working arrangements available.

What your experience looks like:

4 to 6 years of design experience in municipal water/wastewater linear infrastructure, preferably in the Greater Toronto Area. P.Eng. designation in Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). Effective communication and report writing skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project timelines. Experience in preliminary design, detailed design, and contract administration/construction management. Project management experience in multi-disciplinary projects and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience of business development and client management, with well-developed technical writing and presentation skills. Skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
