Walbridge is growing rapidly in Data Centers (ENR top 10) and has an excellent growth opportunity for a Project Engineer - OFCI  & Cx.  The Project Engineer will manage and coordinates commissioning activities by OFCI vendors, subcontractors and 3rd party testing agencies.   Living allowance provided - you can live anywhere in the US.

Large organization with award-winning projects, yet small enough for you to make an impactStrong values which are the foundation of our growth for over 100 yearsInternational, regional and local recognition for stand-out projects, safety, sustainability, culture, wellness and diversity  Responsibilities Responsibilities include:Facilitates the scheduling and coordination of Cx activities with OFCI Vendors, subcontractors and project superintendents during commissioningEnsures documentation of the testing results from the commissioning activitiesManages and coordinates issue identification and resolution by Cx teamDevelop, implement, and administer project engineering procedures and other work controlling documents. Ensure project engineering activities comply with company and contract requirements and support overall construction schedule. Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, shop drawing processing etc. Represent company, project and/or department during A/E, client and project management meetings. Interface all on-site departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction, etc. in support of overall project schedule.  Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical training and work experienceMinimum of 3 years of building construction experienceCapable in coordinating and scheduling Construction activitiesConstruction Project Engineering and building commissioning experience preferredAdvanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, standards, etc., plus an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus demonstrated ability to manage a team of varied disciplines.Ability to travel.
