**Responsibilities** Noblis ESI is seeking a Project Engineer for their Chantilly location to: + Monitor software development processes to ensure compliance with defined requirements. + Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback and guidance. + Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. + Assist in troubleshooting and resolving development issues. **Required Qualifications** + Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph + Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. + Proficiency in TypeScript and Java. + Experience with Apache NiFi and custom processor development. + Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. + Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). + Experience with writing and understanding unit and integration tests. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Strong problem-solving abilities. + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned + Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously + Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment + Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills + Must be able to travel \#externalreferral \#hotjobs **Desired Qualifications** + Understanding of the NRO acquisition process.
