You will ensure successful technical implementation of Risk Rank 1 safety program in the Plonsk Plant, increasing the fire safety and infrastructure upgrading. You will have the opportunity to develop the technical solution, design the construction together with General contractor  and execute (end to end, from planning through installation and commissioning) one of the most challengeable infrastructure project in history of Plonsk factory.

Key responsibilities and scope:

You will be responsible for the delivery of sprinklers protection and roof reinforcement project in the plantYou will be part of the Engineering stream of the sprinklers protection and roof reinforcement projectTake full responsibility for project management with the agreed scope, budget and timelineCoordinate regular communication among General engineering company and General construction company and Plant stakeholdersYou will manage project meetings with internal and external project team members and stakeholdersYou will supervise and control internal and external infrastructure systems during  installation and commissioningYou will initiate, manage, execute and conduct other projects as a leader or member of a project team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent further education qualification in Civil / Construction / Infrastructure or similar Engineering and Project Management m is preferredAt least 3-5 year of work experience in project management is requiredProject Management experience (in large scale projects) is requiredPrevious experience in leading, motivating and engaging teams preferredCommunicative level of Polish is requiredWritten and spoken English to a professional business level is a mustFluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software and ERP systems (e.g. SAP)Ability to work independently and drive results criticalWorking experience with multinational teams and stakeholders is an asset
