Project Engineer Trainee - Madrid

What You Will Do:

Support the equipment engineering & automation projects from enquiry, initial scoping, basic design through to detailed engineering, supply, commissioning & start-up as required by the project manager/team.

Work closely with the main Nalco partners/vendors and interface with third-party equipment providers as required.

Technical and admin tasks related to proposal preparation, documentation, back-office, system design, project scoping, project development and execution of new equipment solutions and automation opportunities.

Project control and expediting tasks.

Document control.

Ensure compliance with project KPIs (safety, quality, costs and time) and compliance with all Nalco Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automatic or Chemical Engineering.

Fluent in English.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem Solving attitude.

Autocad/drafting knowledge is a plus.

The position is based in the Alcalá de Henares office. A valid license and own vehicle are required.
