Job Summary:
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for managing production ramp-up efforts and optimizing manufacturing operations. This includes driving improvements in cycle times, efficiency, and overall production flow. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a hands-on approach to resolving production challenges on the shop floor. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that daily operations align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead critical production ramp-up projects, with a focus on improving cycle times and operational efficiency.
* Develop and execute detailed project plans to resolve bottlenecks and streamline production processes.
* Ensure day-to-day operational discipline on the shop floor by managing tasks and timelines effectively.
* Work closely with leadership to prioritize key initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.
* Monitor and report project progress using MS Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring that key stakeholders are informed and updated.
* Implement continuous improvements to optimize production and meet quality and performance targets.

Core Qualifications
* Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing complex projects in a manufacturing environment.
* Manufacturing Operations: Strong understanding of production processes, with hands-on experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using MS Excel and PowerPoint for data tracking, project planning, and reporting.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with both leadership and shop floor teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
* Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to identify production inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to drive improvement.
* Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required.
