Seeking an experienced Project Engineer Associate Manager for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) program for Air Vehicle Production Support who serves as a day-to-day leader for staff and direct customer interaction. This position will interface with ALIS technical leads, SMEs, and administrator personnel to oversee and manage day-to-day technical priorities, operational issues, training, and ensure processes and checklists are properly administered and documented. The selected candidate will interface with multiple internal and external customers to address operational needs and ALIS resource allocation and be responsible for L-code personnel management of ALIS administrators in Fort Worth and Orlando (ATLAS Perform, expense report and timecard approval, employee retention and training). As a Project Engineer lead, you will also be the Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager for all assigned control accounts as well as oversee all other CAMs under the Production contract. This will include leading the team through weekly and monthly technical, cost, and schedule business rhythms in addition to planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA). Successful candidate will also support and assist leadership with day to day operations and status reporting. Candidate will also need to manage budget, schedule and performance for the team. Provide financial information as required or requested to leadership. Leverage
various software tools such as spreadsheets and
databases to review or create supporting
documentation for schedules, cost, and
performance. Additional responsibilities will
include, but are not limited to:
· Effectively manage the teams control account
performance, elevate concerns and issues where
appropriate to program management, including
other impacted control account managers and
Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
· Identify risks and opportunities to the program
Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement
approved mitigation plans.
· Conduct closed loop corrective action to
include thorough variance analysis, monitoring of
cost/schedule mitigation activities, and corrective
action adjustment as necessary.
· Provide timely and accurate insight to key
program impacts or opportunities to the
Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Program
Manager.
· Ensure the teams Earned Value Management
(EVM) assigned duties are completed including
work authorization requests, estimate at
complete review, schedule status, variance
reporting, and comprehensive estimates at
complete
· Ensure an accurate headcount

Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree from an accredited college, or
equivalent experience/combined education, with
professional experience and specialized training
commensurate with assignment
· Current or previous experience leading small or large teams and/or project management
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Desired Skills:
· Previous F -35 and/or ALIS experience
· Seeking a candidate that is well organized, and highly motivated, with proven management,
technical, and business judgment
· Experience with program lifecycle and how
early milestones may drive future costs
· Current or previous CAM/OBS experience
· Previous Proposal, Basis of Estimate (BOE), & Negotiations experience
· Data or Metric Analysis Experience, and/or Risk and Opportunity Management experience
· Contracting and/or Measurement Experience
· Experience working with Tableau
· The candidate shall have solid project
management skills, as well as, strong
interpersonal, leadership and supervisory skills with a servant leadership focus
· Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure
· Desire to enhance Program Management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships
· Blackbelt or Greenbelt Certification and RCCA Experience
· Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills
· Lead discussions and determine resolutions to problems
· Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with customer
· Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure cost, schedule, and technical success
· Support internal and external customer audits
· Strong Microsoft Office skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
