As we extend our Cybersecurity project management team, we have a great job opportunity for you. In this interesting and challenging position as a project engineering manager (PEM) you will be responsible for the planning and execution of development projects which deliver leading-edge products for automotive and cybersecurity applications. You will be involved in the whole product life cycle from product idea until customer delivery, so you will have the opportunity to interact with a wide range of experienced people. You will work in an international cooperative environment and collaborate with multi-sited project teams.

Your responsibilities: Manage project scope, project schedule, project costs and project risksEnsure excellent communication within the team and with all stakeholdersEnsure quality and completeness of project deliverables according to defined QMS and functional safety processesPlan, steer and monitor all project activitiesRegularly report project statuses to technical and management levelsExecute gate reviews and lead decision matrixResolve conflicts and handle deviationsYour Skills and Experience:Strong project management skills with 2+ years of experienceProven record of project management experience of international and multi-sited projectsExcellent communication skills in English, both in writing and speakingTeam player with strong leadership skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHighly motivated and ability to motivate team membersAbility to work independentlyKnowledge in automotive and functional safety development area is an advantageFamiliarity with the development process for ASIC designs is an advantageDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Applied Science (or equivalent)
