We are looking for a Project Engineering Manager to join our Endress+Hauser company in  Zagreb, Croatia

 

What is the role about?

proposal developmentproject planning and coordinationexecution and monitoring of project project close-out

 

Which tasks will you perform?

collaborate with the project sales and project managers to understand client requirements and develop technical proposalsanalyze the project scope, technical specifications, and resource requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and timelinesdefine project deliverables, work packages, timelines, and milestones based on contract specificationsdevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetscoordinate with cross-functional teams, including product selection, procurement and manufacturing.lead project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedulemonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesfacilitate regular status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.conduct project reviews (close-out meetings) to capture lessons learned and identify opportunities for improvementmanage and submit final documentation, ensuring that all project records are complete and stored according to company standardsconfirm final deliverables and hand over the project to the client and/or internal service teams.
