THE WORK
This Project Engineer Staff position is being filled for the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center – Instrumentation System (JPMRC-IS) located at Schofield Barracks which is supported by the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP). The candidate hired will be responsible for oversight of maintenance management, assessments of system failures, documentation of maintenance actions, procurement monitoring, and property management. Additionally, assists with coordination of operational planning and support for current and future JPMRC rotational operations. Attends meetings with subcontractor teammates and identifies strengths and shortfalls with the ATMP maintenance posture and attends meetings with the JMPRC Operations Group for upcoming rotational requirements. Provides status updates regarding purchase requests and purchase orders and follows through with the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure requests are being timely approved and processed. Works with the sourcing team to ensure purchase orders meet intended requirements and follows through the process from request to delivery. Provides updates to the ATMP Site Manager regarding maintenance status and compliance, concerns regarding rotational requirements, and status of procurement actions. Ensures required inventories are being conducted and assists with induction of property if needed. Monitors the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure maintenance actions are being properly recorded and status is correct for in-process and completed work orders.
Works with the site manager to develop Basis of Estimate (BoE) cost submissions per rotation and evaluate their accuracy prior to submission. Attends requisite meetings in lieu of the site manager in his absence and provides updates to stakeholders and management as appropriate. Evaluates request for material purchases and makes priority recommendations based on work order requirements. Will be responsible for oversight of corporate credit card purchases for logistics and manage monthly reconciliation of those purchases to the correct charge codes. Responsible for monitoring and processing consumable material requests per JPMRC rotation and adherence to the approved budget.

Basic Qualifications:
Must have an Active Secret Clearance
Possess excellent time management and communication skills
Experience with maintenance processes, reporting, and documentation and providing professional reports and briefings to senior level managers
Willingness to work up to 12 hours per shift during rotations
Skilled with MS Applications (MS Word, EXCEL, Power Point) to create reports and clearly articulate status
Able to make a quick assessment of a situation and take charge if necessary to properly complete a task

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Rotating 40 hour week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
