Job Title: Project Estimator

Job Description

We are looking to add a Project Estimator to our Grand Rapids team. This person will oversee all aspects of the estimating steps and will manage the process to ensure the estimate is successfully reviewed, scoped, and completed on or before the due date. 95% of this firm's business is competitive bid, which means the estimator will be responsible for selecting subcontractors and materials, making the process much more streamlined. Projects they will support specialize in retail and box store construction. The ideal candidate will come in with commercial construction knowledge.

In the office Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious individual to get their foot in the door with a well-established West Michigan general contractor.
