Commercial Construction Estimator

Description

Our client is seeking a project estimator with 5 plus years as a commercial estimator. The project estimator will work directly with the owner, design team and project management team. The estimator will analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and other construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates for construction projects. The estimator will compute cost for materials purchased and leased equipment, subcontracted work, production activities and requirements and labor. This is a full time, salaried position

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/hr.
