Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Estimator II in Juno Beach, Florida. The role is pivotal in the industry, where you will develop, quantify costs and provide a capital expenditure (CapEx) model for evaluating projects. You will provide technical guidance and use your knowledge of estimating, market pricing, and staffing considerations during the estimating process. Responsibilities: • Develop and provide a comprehensive CapEx model for project evaluation • Maintain current knowledge of technology and industry evolution to ensure that capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditions • Coordinate with other departments to ensure understanding of project objectives and efficient utilization of resources • Review designs and specifications for cost effectiveness, suggesting alternatives when appropriate • Prepare capital cost estimates with accuracy • Implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks • Provide technical guidance during the estimating process • Remain updated with market pricing and staffing considerations • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
