Project Execution Manager

Emerson is currently seeking a Project Execution Manager in Stafford, TX. In this role you will be responsible for the supervision and internal execution of project orders within our manufacturing facility while collaborating with teams across the globe, delivering projects on schedule, resolving issues, and continuously improving internal processes. You will lead a team of Internal Project Managers and project quality technicians who own the follow through and day-to-day activities to satisfy customer demand. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Monitor KPIs: Supervise and analyze key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and production efficiency to identify trends and areas for improvement. Manage Projects: Lead all aspects of project teams to ensure orders are completed smoothly through the plant, aligning with customer specifications and deadlines. Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and maintain project alignment, implementing process improvements as needed. Develop and Implement Plans: Create execution and recovery plans to meet customer expectations, address gaps, and minimize penalties. Provide Feedback and Updates: Offer manufacturing insights to project engineers for accurate quoting, and keep Project Management leaders informed about progress and financial forecasts. Ensure Alignment: Align manufacturing processes with customer PO dates and Emerson commitment dates and manage risks to financial targets.

 For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial engineering and/or a combination of education and experience Experience with MRP systems

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

1+ years or more of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Business system (SAP) experience  Lean Manufacturing
