Responsibilities:

Leads management, development, execution, of Engineering Change Proposals within the IT infrastructure and Network Architecture domain. Possesses a solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes. Proven self-management and team-management skills. Ability to monitor and control project budgets. Capability to make decisions under pressure. Must possess expert managerial, leadership and communication skills. Coordinates with various stakeholders, including JSP customers, Government POCs, Contracting Officer Representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of proposed technical solutions. Analyzes requirements and makes recommendations to key stakeholders. Document project approach and schedule using Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Inform COR of project completion, conduct Quality Assurance Inspection, and submit Independent Government Delivery, Receipt, and Acceptance Verification form (DI&A). Coordinate with JSP customers for timely acceptance of DI&A forms. Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes.

Required Experience:

5+ years as a Lead Project Manager; 5+ years in DoD IT environment Certification

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)

 

Certification Requirements:

Project Management Professional Certification (minimum)
