Job Description Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing frieght-forwarding company who is looking for a Project Executive to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities include:
Serve as an implant at client premises to support logistics and shipping operations. Plan shipments based on expediting reports and forecasts. Coordinate with suppliers and secure suitable sailings for cargo. Liaise with overseas offices and carriers for freight rates, bookings, and shipment updates. Prepare shipping documents, customs permits, and invoices. Monitor daily shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders. Attend client meetings and assist with tender submissions and project reporting. Analyze shipment costs, P&L, and prepare monthly reports. Local and overseas travel may be required. Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in logistics  Experience in working in Oil & Gas is preferred.  Able to work at clients' premises and flexibility to work after office hours Experience with FPSO freight forwarding projects is a plus Jeralyn Chong (EA Reg no: R21100780)
