Reporting to the Project Management, Manager, The Product Expeditor will support and collaborate with Project Managers by ensuring that all project materials arrive on schedule, V-Cone flow meters are manufactured on time, testing is completed as planned, and inspections are conducted promptly. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of operations and ensuring project timelines are met.

This position is a part of the Project team located in Hemet, California and will be hybrid.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Material Coordination: Ensure all project materials are ordered, tracked, and delivered on schedule.Manufacturing Oversight: Monitor the production of V-Cone flow meters to ensure they are manufactured according to project timelines.Testing Management: Facilitate and maintain schedule of materials testing and products to ensure timely completion.Inspection Scheduling: Arrange and oversee inspections to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise.Documentation: Keep accurate records of all orders, deliveries, testing results, and inspection reports.Problem-Solving: Identify potential delays or issues and work proactively to mitigate them.Support: Assist Project Managers with any additional tasks as needed to ensure project success.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.Good driving recordAbility to read and understand verbal and written instructions, specifications, blueprints, or sketches.Self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, upbeat, conscientious, transparent, and detailed.

It would be a plus if you also possess the following:

Proficiency in project management software and tools. – Microsoft ProjectDetail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $68,750.00 - $83,750.00 USD per year.
